Your access to and use of: Hippielit.com and all HippieLit labeled products, services and content; is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to: all visitors, users, patrons, and others (hereinafter “you); who access or use this website or any HippieLit product or service.
By accessing or using or any HippieLit product, service or content; you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access or any other HippieLit product or content.
HippieLit (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”) is an unincorporated business created by and run for the benefit of men and women and their community.
We are not licensed to serve Federal Employees or their Dependents.
All HippieLit products and content are intended solely for men and women who are lawfully responsible for their own actions.
HippieLit and the men and women involved in HippieLit reserve all rights, Without Prejudice.
Definitions:
The following words are defined for these terms and all HippieLit content:
“Product” and “Products”;
-the results of a man or a woman’s labors. Example: “the product of our labor that we offer for compensation”
“Service” and “Services”;
-the act of a man or woman in engaging his or her labor or expertise in return for compensation.
Any words not explicitly defined shall be understood and defined as they are used in the common parlance of men and women.
Return Policy
Risk-Free for 30 days on your first 10-pack:
If you try HippieLit and are unsatisfied for any reason within the first 30 days, please email getlit@hippielit.com stating that you wish to be refunded. Refund are only available in the amount up to the amount of a 10-pack of the HippieLit you purchased. If you purchased a 30-pack, you are only eligible to be refunded a partial and prorated amount.
Defects: if you find any product defect, please let us know immediately by emailing getlit@hippielit.com and describe your problem. We will be happy to replace products with defects, provided that you notify us in good faith and within 30 days of purchase.
Any unsatisfactory effects are to be reported immediately to getlit@hippielit.com or by calling 330-284-0626 .
Property
The names: Hippielit, HippieLit, HippieLIT, HIPPIELIT; and any other derivations are property of the man: Ammon; the man: Dustin; and the woman: Tiffany. The complete terms are contained within the “CERTIFICATE OF ASSUMED NAME NOTICE OF TRANSFER OF RESERVED NAME” (hereinafter: “Certificate of Assumed Name”) for each man and woman. These terms in this agreement are subject to all Certificate of Assumed Names. Each Certificate of Assumed Name has been publicly recorded with The Pennsylvania Assembly, Recording Numbers: Pa46-2023-2023000038 March 11, 2023; Pa46-2023-2023000036 March 11, 2023; Pa46-2023-2023000037 March 11, 2023.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to any and all Hippielit products or services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
By continuing to access or use our website, products, or services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Hippielit.
